What is the refund policy?
Our policy is strict. Refunds are only issued for cards that are proven invalid at the time of purchase. You must use our internal checker within 30 minutes of purchase to verify. Any claims made after this period, or checks made with third-party tools, will not be entertained. All sales are final.
How do I add funds to my wallet?
Navigate to the Wallet section on the homepage. You will find options to deposit funds using approved cryptocurrency methods. We do not accept traditional payment methods for privacy and security reasons. Ensure you send the exact amount to the specified address.
Why was my account banned?
Accounts are suspended for violating our terms of service. Common reasons include attempting to defraud the system, sharing your account, abusing the support ticket system, or attempting to resell our products without authorization. Bans are typically permanent and non-negotiable.
Are the cards checked before being sold?
Yes. All inventory is automatically validated before being listed in the shop. However, the nature of this business means that a card's status can change at any moment. This is why we have a mandatory 30-minute check window for all customers.
What does "High-Valid Rate" mean?
This refers to the historical success rate of cards from a particular BIN or bank. While it is a good indicator of quality, it is not a guarantee of success for any single card. Always perform your own due diligence.
